Judiciary exam, ENM
The ENM exam leads to becoming a magistrate, judge or prosecutor. Lumi helps you retain the law, institutions and general culture of the syllabus.

In short
The École nationale de la magistrature, in Bordeaux, trains future magistrates, judges or prosecutors. You enter by an exam, with several routes depending on the candidate’s background, including a student exam open to master’s holders. Tests include written papers, such as general culture, civil law, criminal law and public law, then orals. Selection is strong.
What goes on your cards
For the ENM, make cards for civil, criminal and public law definitions, principles of procedure, the organisation of the justice system, leading decisions and landmarks of general culture and institutional history. Lumi has you recall them.
A study rhythm
Plan a preparation of several months and short sessions every day, with reviews that grow further apart (Cepeda et al., 2008). Keep half a day a week for a timed general culture paper. Before the orals, go over procedure and institutions aloud. See How to make a study schedule before an exam.
